Trace And Protect Action Team (TAPAT) System

is designed to alert the registrant and the household in cases where a possible contact or encounter happened at a certain site and date/time to a COVID19 Suspect/Probable/Confirmed resident or traveller.

Residents of General Santos City should use their color-coded Electronic Quarantine Pass (EQP) previously issued by their respective barangays last March. TAPAT Registration is not required for EQP holders, and qualified members of the same household, unless requested by competent health professionals.

EQP Profiling

EQP PROFILING INSTRUCTIONS

In order to generate Gensan Resident ID for each member of the Household, the EQP released last march 2020 by LGU Gensan needs to be activated by profiling, these Instructional video will be a guide to all GenSan residents on how to do profiling of their EQP, If it’s impossible for the household to do it on their own we have BCCF off to do the profiling by going to your house.
*Reminders profiling of EQP should be conducted on households residence because geolocation is included in the profiling, geolocation is important for contact tracing later on.

The application of technology in any contact tracing or health monitoring system is intended to facilitate volunteerism and Community Action. Focus should still be centered on the provision of safe and affordable water and utilites, sanitation and hygienic conditions essential to protecting human health during all infectious disease outbreaks (WHO).
